Johnny Bobby - “Instead of Taking ‘Trash' We Haul It”
Johnny Bobby is the 2 nd eldest of eight children whose Father is a retired Naval Chief Petty Officer. Johnny Bobby was born in Dallas, Texas where he and his family lived for several years before moving to New Orleans, Louisiana. As a child, Johnny's younger brothers would gaze out of the front door every trash pick-up day amazed by the strength of the trash men. His Father, whom Johnny considers to be the hardest working man on the planet would laugh and say, “In this world you are going to work your brain or your back. Get an education or a good trade son, but as long as there is man on earth you can always be a trash man.”
Being an aviation mechanic by trade and working with his Father who was a construction foreman, Johnny was always his number one laborer and loved building things and the process of demolition. Johnny had no intention of being in the refuse business but did purchase his first dumpsters with the sole purpose of using them for his own contractual engagements. As an added business component, Johnny decided to rent his extra dumpsters to other contractors and perform construction post clean up jobs for them as well. After a few debris removal jobs and dumpster deliveries a light bulb went off and Johnny Bobby's Junk Hauling & Roll-Off Dumpsters was born!
Johnny Bobby is a retired Chief Petty Officer and served 21.5 years in the United States Navy and enjoyed every minute of serving this great nation.
